(5 Stars) A Modern Fantasy for Anyone!!

"This book was fantastic. I really enjoyed reading it from start to finish. I always love when fantasy is mixed in with the modern world. It makes it all that much more believable. Christina did an excellent job making this book into something that anybody can read. There isn't an overload of one genre, but many mixed in very well. It made for a delightful read. All the characters were really well developed and they were all great. Ava was an amazing lead character. She was strong, and young, and just coming into her own. I liked that she had to really struggle with the choices she made and had to learn to believe in herself. There were some really surprising moments in this book that made me go "OH". I liked that the author included some difficult life situations as well, like Ava's mom and Brea's mom's struggles. It made it easier to relate to both Ava and Brea. The final battle was amazing. I could see it happening in my head like I was watching a movie. i enjoyed it immensely. I cannot wait to read the next book in the series, Exposure. It's a good thing I bought it already. ;) " -Review of Elementris

This is a really good book. I loved the fact that it has a different twist to the usual story about witches. The connection to the nature, to live. Ava's struggles with accepting her gift and accepting life around her is a fascinating travel. "Ok-so I thought that Elementris (the first book in this series) was the best book hangover ever. Well darn it but I stayed up all night - AGAIN - to finish Exposure. The hangover was absolutely totally worth it!! This series is wonderful and exciting and will keep you glued to your seat to finish it. Although, when I realized I only had a couple of chapters to go I was overwhelmed with sadness that it was about to end. Now I have to wait for the next book....Hurry Christina and put me out of my waiting misery!! :)" -Review of Exposure

Awesome and Amazing

"Awesome and amazing! I am so in love with this story. The new character Lyssa has definately got me loving her and wanting more of her story. And Ava, well since I am not going to post a spoiler, all I can say is Hurrrrry and get the next book out. It is going to kill me to have to wait for the next one. .Just to let you know how much I love this story, I read 3-5 books a week and I have read this one 3 times since i got it.
